At Casey Casey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day window.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
